I am further directed by Lord Grey to request that you will inform the Post Master General, that his Lordship will call upon the Governor of Hong Kong for such explanation as may be in his power to afford respecting the Costs charged to the Post office in this Case;- at the same time, Lord Grey desires that the attention of the Post Master General be drawn to the great public inconvenience and loss of time occasioned in the present instance by the non observance...
